ALG Hockey’s LEAD Team Program is completely customizable, giving each team a plan built around their goals, strengths and dynamics. Through mental performance training, leadership development and team-building strategies, we help teams sharpen focus, build resilience, enhance confidence and cultivate an elite mindset - all driving success on the ice.
ALG Hockey’s Leadership Development Courses offer curriculum designed to develop leadership skills tailored to the junior hockey experience. Through virtual sessions and practical assignments, players explore elite mindsets, leadership strategies, emotional intelligence and communication - learning strategies they can apply immediately with their teams.
