Program Specifics

Teams select from a variety of topics. Sessions are workshop format to include practices and strategies players can incorporate immediately. All program elements are specific to the junior hockey experience.

Our leadership development program focuses on practices and behaviors directly applicable to the junior hockey experience. Topics of focus include:

Through the LEAD Program, players:
